The education of the children of mankind has continually been lowered over the years, perfecting the art of applied social engineering across all civilisations. It has spread into the very corners of society. It’s cessation is only possible through the removal of the pillars of society. The social butterflies and those that are preyed upon sexually between the age of 12-14. These kinds of rapes are hardly ever reported. The British benefits system has become accustomed to even supporting these underage pregnancies by providing them with homes as soon as the pregnancy has been confirmed. Truth be told, once the paedophiles in the lower ranks have been removed, the ones in the upper ranks swiftly follow. And they can see the change approaching from a mile away. If once every three months, a confirmed, re-offending paedophile were to face vigilante justice. The social ripple effect would encompass society, and the social structures would naturally be forced to rearrange itself. It would require time after the event for the predators to re-establish themselves. How long would it take until the lower ranks are entirely erased and the higher ranks become slightly on edge? A child disappears every 3 minutes in the United Kingdom. A child disappears every 2 minutes in Vatican City? How many MPs, PMs, priests and clergies have a criminal record that is being concealed from the public. We have come to believe the propaganda that is put in front of us. Sheep that do not question, silently nodding away, whilst humanity faces extinction.

The breeding of intelligence within society has become considered a needless trait. Individuals are taught to follow orders rather than question them, if even they result in their undoing. We are educated that height and strength are highly desired  characteristics within the mating process, yet psychologically that is a coping mechanism that has outlived its usefulness. Violence and self-defence is mostly against the law now, so why the aim for the tall, muscle-bound thug? Truth be told, safety is an illusion. Inevitably, you will die. Once you can accept that, you can move forward. There is countless evidence that the genomic code is equally affected by environmental factors as it is with genetic factors. Needless to mention, if one were to scroll forward in time to the time-frame, in which the entire genetic code can be understood, to the degree when each sub-molecular particle can be manipulated in order to benefit the individual, such as genetically increasing intelligence, it would not be too much of a stretch to imagine that this information could easily be sent back in time. The scientist providing himself with his life’s research in order to save years of study and progress further in a shorter period in time. Although one would be confronted with one simple paradox, the study would still have to be completed…It is a measure of saving time, rather than saving oneself the effort. If the entire genomic code was to be completely decoded, the construction of artificial intelligence becomes an effortless exercise that would allow society to evolve on a larger scale. If the IQ of the globe were to be raised, the rate of information processing would therefore increase. It should be noted that society has become a web of NLP and subliminal messaging. Individuals have become too focused upon immediate gratification and unable to develop social will within the politics of fear. Time has come for that cycle to be broken. Ultimate control can only be achieved through consent. The people remain at the very core of the power-house, as it may. Yet, if it were to implode, they will also be at the very heart of it. Nevertheless, if society were to become focused upon the breeding of genius intellect, the power structures would require to alter their game.

In conclusion, it can be assumed that scientific research (not stratagems) has been sent back in time at one point or another, whether it was in this planet constellation could be argued. The 20-30 year copyright hold over technology, for instance. As civilisations, we are 30 years behind in the release of technological advances. The modern technology that we have now as around in the early 80’s, which falls into a gap year, in which the birth of those individuals outweighs every other age group combined  2 to 1. That which currently controls society, may it be aliens or time-travellers, are undoubtedly ahead of us. Technologically, mentally and perhaps even physically. One actions of theirs influences the cornerstones of society. They are directly controlling every aspect, from the bedrock upwards. Once time-travel is involved in the equation, all bets are off. Nothing is safe. Everything remains in a state of flux outside of your control. Our world becomes nothing more than a book on a shelf within a distant higher dimension, although for us, the story has not yet finished. The intention is to bankrupt every single human being that is outside of their circle of control. Helplessness and terror is a state of mind, yet the media is trying their damndest to implement it at every step. Truth be told, that which has come to define us has individuals has become riddled with hypocrisy.

Criminological Analysis of Heightism

As previously mentioned within my post regarding the chav based rape and child abuse systems that have been constructed within society and continue to perpetuate themselves, it should be noted that the pregnant child is often kept within a state of fear in order to remain silent, regarding the father. I have personally witnessed parental disputes, in which the parents disregarded the abuser of the child and they become complicit in continuing their association. It has reached a point, in which females are handed over to a male above 6’2ft (most predators are often of that height) at the age of 13 to 14. These females are impregnated repeatedly before reaching the age of 16, by which point all future potential has been lost. Once the female has outlived her purpose, she is replaced for another 13 to 14 year old. And the pattern is repeated. This occurs across the United Kingdom. It has become widespread and mainlined paedophilia. The chav, in essence, requires status and comfort in order to survive within modern society. Any rejection undoubtedly leads to violence.

In consequence, these individuals are also accustomed to obtaining female, which are classically termed as cum-buckets through constant intoxication. The weapons that these men use are far reaching. Disorientation, which can be done through music and turning up the temperature within the premises in order to elevate the heart rate. Psychological side-effects of the base drumming within music has often been utilized during times of war as well as the attainment of a trance state. Additionally, the stripping of clothes represents the stripping of defence layers in the female. Both physically and psychologically. Distortion of judgement: This has already partially been achieved by the loud music, disrupting the thought processes. Classically used in soldiers during times of combat. African tribes used to surround their targets and bang the drums for over 24 hours, after which they had their troops move in according to the drum beat. These scapegoats are often 5’7ft. It has become evident that a short stature in men can be difficult in the dating world, yet during childhood this often results in regular persecution. This is often continued until after the individual leaves school. However, regular bullying implies that there are specific perpetrators that are more often than not above 6ft, especially when the victim is of above average intelligence. The final and first resort of the perpetrators is more often than not violence. Aggression is provoked at the slightest hint of rejection or objection. Even when accusing the individual of performing the actions that they themselves committed, such as child abuse. It has become common practice and these individuals often victimize their childhood targets long after leaving school, even if that means going out of their way to do so or targeting an individual exactly like them. This type of chav feed off media propaganda and utilize it as a manner of controlling others, such as the celebrity media, Hollyoaks East Enders, Coronation Street and so forth. It should be noted that they surround themselves in air of overconfidence. These individuals will often walk around and behave as if the world owes them something and they are there to take it at every opportunity with a shit eating grin on their face and no thanks whatsoever. These individual do not participate in fair fights. On average, it is 6 or more (above 6th) on one individual that is below 6ft. The same perpetrators are the same groups that engage in date rape. As in their own words, “They ain’t sinking money into no sex.” Yet, they do not commit these crimes on their own turf, they raid other gangs club territory, as it is considered. Numerous towns along rail-lines from London to Thanet, London to Brighton, and London to Norwich are often used as a date-rape and acquaintance zones. A room is rented out, then these individuals spot their targets, drug them and return with them to their rooms, leaving them to wake up the next morning within the establishment. In the same manner that CEO’s and the likes travel to foreign countries and other locations of immunity to perform their dark deeds. This can be found within all aspects of society, such as the corporate, industrial, political and religious world. In conclusion, adequate education of children and a true view of society without emotional bias would eliminate this phenomenon almost overnight. The social construct known as heightism would cease to exist with an objective viewpoint of society, whilst removing the social predators and freeing up the space for mental growth within society, enabling it to move forward, beyond the shadow of social corruption.

Missing Children Project

The Missing Children Project started in 1995 as a result of the co-operation between Computer Associates, a U.S. International, Inc. producing software, and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), a non-profit organisation, under the aegis of the U.S. Congress, working in co-operation with the U.S. Department of Justice. Computer Associates engaged in creating the web site www.missingkids.com, by providing technical expertise and hardware in order to speed up and improve the management and analysis of the data on crimes against children. In 1996, following the “White March” (organised by Belgium, after the dramatic recovery of some sexually exploited children), the Belgian Prime Minister, Jean Luc Decane, declared his commitment to set up the European Centre for Missing and Sexually Exploited Children. “Computer Associates” joint the Committee, undertaking to supply technologies and resources. In August 1998, the Department for Social Affairs in Brazil and Computer Associates jointly announced the creation of a SOS Cianca Centre for the location of missing children. Also in this context Computer Associates is dealing with the Centre technological implementation and the creation of the website (www.missingkids.com.br). In January 1999, Scotland Yard and Computer Associates announced their co-operation aimed at establishing a Centre for missing children rescuing and combating child abuses and sexual exploitation (uk.missingkids.com). In January 1999, Computer Associates and the Italian Ministry of the Interior started a co-operation to create the Italian web site for searching missing children. In particular, the Children Section (Sezione Minori) at the Central Directorate of Criminal Police – Public Security Department, was involved in this project, as in the last years this Section has dealt with the analysis of the phenomenon both in terms of statistics and from a social and criminal police perspective. On 15^th March 2000, the Italian website for tracing missing children was officially activated. It can be contacted at the address: www.bambiniscomparsi.it or www.missingkids.it.  The website contains data on the circumstances of the child disappearance, the child photograph and any additional useful information for its finding. The ICMEC (International Centre for Missing and Exploited Children) network, that is the international version of the NCMEC, includes, besides the a/m countries, also Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, the Netherlands, Great Britain, Malaysia, Mexico, Spain and South Africa. Its database contains information on about 3,000 cases of missing children.

Cases handled by Missing Children Europe Members

Overall, in 2008, Members of Missing Children Europe offered support in very large number of disappearances and cases of sexual abuse, of which the following examples speak volumes:

Data for Child Focus, Belgium

In 2008, Child Focus’ case managers dealt with 2177 missing persons and sexual abuse files, involving in total 2 388 children. Of these cases;

• 1 041 files concerning runaways (1 053 children); of which 47% concern children between 13 and 15, and 12% concern children below 13;
• 435 files concerned parental abductions (331 children);
• 351 files concerned missing unaccompanied migrant minors;
• 49 files concerned an effective abduction by a third person, of which 3 concerned abductions by total strangers;
• 21 files concerned lost or otherwise missing children (24 children);
• 280 files concerned cases of sexual abuse of children (294 children), of which nearly 60% concerned children below 12.

Child Focus’ civil Internet hotline for reporting child abuse received a total of 1534 reports in 2008.

Data for The Smile of the Child, Greece

In 2008, the helpline of The Smile of the Child received a total number of 306 000 calls.

• 31% of these calls concerned children in danger, including child victims of smuggling/trafficking; assistance in cases of missing children.

During the period from 1/1/08 to 31/12/2008, the Association was called upon in 93 cases that required immediate intervention.

• 1% of these cases concerned the physical abuse of a child;
• 9% concerned intra-familial conflicts;
• 35% concerned commercial exploitation by forced begging of children;
• 7% adolescent runaways;
• 48% other cases.

During the period from 1/1/08 to 31/12/08 the Association received 115 requests to assist in the investigation to help locate missing children.

• 30 (26%) cases involved child abductions;
• 85 (74%) cases involved alarming disappearances.

From the 115 missing children cases, the Association was able to intervene and assist in 96 cases. Because of legal difficulties (i.e. custody issues, family disputes between parents etc.) they were unable to assist in 19 cases.

From the 96 cases that the Association became involved:

• 87 (91%) children were found;
• 9 (9%) are still missing.

From the 96 cases of missing children that the Association dealt with in 2008:

• 4 cases required the activation of the AMBER Alert system (emergency public broadcast system);
• 14 cases required publicity and media attention;
• In 13 cases the Association created small posters that were distributed in police stations and police cars;
• In 10 cases there was secondary distribution (media release and poster campaign).

Data for Telefono Azzurro, Italy

In 2007, Telefono Azzurro received more than 110 calls about missing children and adolescents. More than half of the missing children and adolescents were about 15-18 years old. Recently, the number of reports about missing children and adolescents managed by the European Federation Network is constantly increasing: in 2008 the 114 Emergenza Infanzia Hotline managed 9 cases, including 7 in cooperation with Focus Romania, 1 with Kék Vonal (Hungarian) and 1 with The Smile of the Child (Greece). In the first quarter of 2009, the 114 Emergenza Infanzia Hotline monitored 10 cases of missing children and adolescents in cooperation with the European network of Missing Children Europe.

Although annual missing children statistics from Vatican City and Italy in general are rather difficult to obtain, I have managed to assimilate a certain amount of data on the subject.

Roman Catholic Council

(Reuters) – A retired Australian bishop urged Roman Catholics around the world on Tuesday to sign an online petition to Pope Francis to call a new global council to take effective measures to end the sexual abuse of children in the Church. Bishop Geoffrey Robinson, a former auxiliary bishop of Sydney who coordinated the Australian church’s response to the sexual abuse crisis, said only a council of the world’s bishops would have the power to make the changes needed. The meeting would be akin to the 1962-1965 Second Vatican Council, Robinson told a news conference in Sydney, referring to the historic body that transformed the Catholic Church with modernizing reforms. But this council would focus only on solving the abuse issue, he added. However, the child disappearance rates within Vatican City are the highest in the world.

Robinson said Francis had “given out a lot of good signals” since his surprise election in March. The Argentinian-born pontiff, 76, has raised hopes for change among Catholics worldwide by ignoring Vatican protocol and openly addressing controversial issues, but it was not clear how he would react to an innovation like an online petition. “The petition is not to challenge him, it’s to help him, to indicate that the people are with him in really looking at these factors and changing whatever needs to be changed,” Robinson said at the conference broadcast by Australia’s ABC television.

The scandal of priests molesting minors has haunted the Catholic Church around the world for over two decades, sapping its moral authority, shaming bishops and priests involved in abuse or its cover-up and costing huge sums in damage payments. It overshadowed the eight-year papacy of retired Pope Benedict, even though he publicly apologized for the abuse several times and met victims on many of his trips. Robinson spoke at the launch of his new book “For Christ’s Sake: End Sexual Abuse in the Catholic Church … for Good”. His petition, which has been online for several weeks, reached 15,000 signatures on Monday. Australia’s senior Catholic prelate, Sydney Cardinal George Pell, apologized to abuse victims at a parliamentary hearing last week and promised to work with a major official inquiry due to look into child sex abuse in Australian institutions. Robinson’s petition, online at http://www.change.org/forchristssake, says signatories are “sickened by the continuing stories of sexual abuse within our Church and appalled by the accounts of an unchristian response to those who have suffered.” Lay Catholics should have a major voice at the Council, it said, and discuss problems such as Church teaching on sexual morality, the requirement of priestly celibacy, the lack of women’s influence in Church decision-making, a culture of secrecy and a Vatican emphasis on protecting papal authority. The Second Vatican Council launched modernizing reforms such as using local languages in the liturgy, opening relations with other faiths, especially Judaism, and promoting more dialogue between the Vatican and Catholic bishops around the world.

Italy Child Disappearances

The statistics for 2011-12, obtained by The Associated Press, show a dramatic increase over the 170 priests removed in 2008 and 2009, when the Vatican first provided details on the number of priests who have been defrocked. Prior to that, it had only revealed the number of alleged cases of sexual abuse it had received.

VATICAN CITY – A document obtained by The Associated Press on Friday shows Pope Benedict XVI defrocked nearly 400 priests over just two years for molesting children. The statistics for 2011-12 show a dramatic increase over the 171 priests removed in 2008 and 2009, when the Vatican first provided details on the number of priests who have been defrocked. Prior to that, it had only publicly revealed the number of alleged cases of sexual abuse it had received. The document was prepared from data the Vatican had been collecting to help the Holy See defend itself before a U.N. committee this week in Geneva.

Child Abuse Statistics in Italy

(AGI) – Rome, Italy, Nov. 19 – Physical abuse (38.4%.) followed by emotional (22.8 %.), neglect (21.4 %.), then sexual abuse (17.4 %) is the order of abuse reported out of 608 calls for help in the first six months of 2003 at the National Listening Center of Telefono Azzurro.

71 %. of cases deal with an abuser in the immediate family: in 45.6 %. of cases the father, 37.2 %. of cases the mother, and 7 %. involved other relatives. Considering all four types of abuse, there is a prevalence regarding female children and adolescents (55.8 %. respect to 44.2 %. male).

Analysing separately each category of abuse based on gender, there is a prevalence of females only in the category of sexual abuse (73.3 %. where the expected value is 55.8 %.); therefore female children and adolescents are the main victims.

Other types of abuse affect males more: such as neglect (53.5 %.), physical abuse (46 %.), and emotional abuse (52.9 %.). These data are from the Telefono Azzurro press conference on the eve of the Paris Conference regarding childhood rights, designed to show the need for more attention to prevention.

For the first time the Roman Catholic Church in Italy has admitted that about 100 cases of paedophile priests have been reported to church authorities during the past 10 years. But the Italian Catholic bishops’ conference refused to reveal how many priests in the country had subsequently been defrocked under canon law. It also did not state how many priests had been prosecuted by police. The Church has been under pressure to reveal the secret statistics.

Diplomatic Immunity

Meanwhile, the public record of the number of cases of paedophile priests prosecuted in Pope Benedict’s own backyard continues to grow. In 2010, a priest in Savona went on trial for alleged sexual violence against a 12-year-old girl. On Tuesday, a 73-year-old priest in Milan, known for his support of gay rights, was arrested for alleged sexual abuse of a 13-year-old boy. An Italian bishop gave evidence for the first time at another trial that he knew about rumours of sexual abuse by a priest two years before his arrest, yet had never reported this to the police. The Secretary General of the Italian bishops’ conference, Monsignor Mariano Crociata, said there was no need for a special church committee to be set up to deal with cases of child molestation by priests as had happened in Germany and other European countries. And despite the Pope’s promise of zero tolerance in the future to crimes of sexual abuse by clergy, the Vatican continues to claim diplomatic immunity from prosecution in lawsuits arising from cases of sexual abuse by priests in the United States.

Vatican City Child Abuse Statistics

It is well known that the missing children statistics of the Vatican are the highest in the world. Higher than any other country. Entire busloads of children disappear without a trace and further investigation. Conclusively, one may enquire, for what reason do the Roman Catholic schools in Italy persist in visiting the Vatican at least four times a year? Apart from the apparent buggering of choirboys within the Vatican circles that live to tell the tale, the number of child murders within Vatican City would be extortionate. There is only one rule for an individual within a position of power…to leave no loose ends. Any murderer or convicted peadophile will tell you the same, if no body is ever found, the crime is mere speculation, especially if the accusation could merely put forward by official bodies (ie. The Vatican city police force and swiss guards). A child disappears every three minutes within the United Kingdom, yet the rate of the Vatican City disappearances is still higher. Approximately every two minutes, a child disappears in Vatican City. Most never to be seen again. Approximately eight cases a year ever see the daylight of the press.

Time Travel & Angelic Visitations

As previously established, child sex abuse lowers ones ability to travel through time effectively, as the engram has not been adequately removed, according the United States military. Throughout the history, the Roman Catholic Church upheld a study of angelic visitations. A council would evaluate the event and judge whether it was genuine or a case of insanity. The Vatican has technically stood watch and covered up these angelic visitations since Babylonian times. In conclusion, this technically leaves two options…Aliens or Time-travellers. This does not include visions of deities or saints (which are in essence deities that were worshipped during a point in history). Since humanity has received firm extraterrestrial guidance since the beginning of Babylonia,

The fall of Sumeria was in actuality the start of the mythological war in heaven, which could be interpreted as an intergalactic battle. Concurrently, the Vedic scriptures prophesized a time of corruption around the same point in history. It should be noted that the Vimanaika, documents that which is nowadays known as a flying saucer. However, 99% of the Vedic scriptures were eradicated by the Roman Catholic Church, or perhaps hidden away in the Vatican Vaults. Yet, one beckons to grasp that which the rest of the scriptures may reveal.

The evolution of the planet has been halted. If the psychic balance of humanity is kept at a constant low. The species itself would never evolve. It is a state of control over the evolution of mankind. The paedophile relocation systems have been targeting certain areas in order to maintain a stagnation within society. Truth be told, society has been stagnant since the early to mid 90’s, which would tie into the increase in molestation of children. It should be noted that there is a generation within society that outweighs all others at a two to one rate. This is known as the five year gap of children born circa. 1980-1985. As these children were reaching their teenage years (ie. 10-15) when they should be reaching their potential to expand their mental and physical capabilities, society and civilization upon planet earth freezes. Corruption became blatant. Paedophiles become more open. And nothing has changed since.

This is an attempt of applied social engineering by manipulating society to perpetuate the stagnation itself. Areas, which possess a high child abuse rate, stagnate worse and allow for very little growth of any description. This is backed up by the geography of those areas, which resemble concentration camps, nowadays known as social relocation centre. This only serves to further global control and power of those in charge. It is a self-proganitating cycle, which can only worsen over time, unless one of two events occur. The first would be a global reform, which consists of worldwide change involving the prohibitation of fossil fuels, pharmaceuticals and organised religion, followed by a complete removal of paedophilia, greed and corruption from power. The second would be to socially cull the paedophiles from every level of society and viciously punish those that protect or harbour them. Education of children in either case has to be elevated to top priority. This does include sex education and base understanding of ones purpose within existence. In addition, placing children with advanced scientists as well as educating them in advanced science from a young age would further future generations of humanity. It should be noted that society is afraid to discuss child molestation on a large scale due to repercussions. Once mankind can move outside of that state of fear, the politics of fear no longer apply to them. The people above all hold the power. Children require adequate education in order to protect themselves against these individuals, more so if they are under the protection of their parents. Numerous cases of child abuse involve family friends or associates that are placed under the protection of the parents. Countless children are left to suffer the consequences of a parent in denial. More so within the chav paedophile rings within the United Kingdom.

How better to control time than to control the people through time?

Loss of a Child – Where do all the Children go?

A child disappears every 3 minutes within the United Kingdom. Yet, it is increasingly complex to gain access to child abduction statistics. Truth be told, every year another paedophile is burnt alive, shot or stabbed due to vigilante justice. How did this happen? Countless priests and offenders formerly convicted of sexual child abuse are merely relocated and continue to fill up their closets with childrens skeletons, while those in charge of them seem to be above the law.  Another major issue that persists within the UK there exists no set definition of child. Unofficially, individuals consider anyone under the age of 18 to be a child. However since there is no set law, children around the age of 16 or 17 often feel independent and consequently act that way legally. Thus, the enquiry “how many missing children are there within the UK?” remains unanswered.
Child Sexual Abuse
Official police statements reveal that every 3 minutes a child is reported missing. This is equivalent to 20 children vanishing every hour, 480 children every day, 3360 children every week, 14’880 children every month…That equals a minimum of 175’200 children per annum.
According to NSPCC statistics, A sum of 18,915 sexual crimes against children under 16 were recorded in England and Wales in 2012/2013. 35% of all sexual crimes (53,540 sexual crimes in total) recorded in England and Wales in 2012/2013 were sexual crimes against children under the age of 16.
In 2012/2013 the police in England and Wales recorded:
5,156 offences of rape of a female child under 16.
1,138 offences of rape of a male child under 16.
4,171 offences of sexual assault on a female child under 13.
1,267 offences of sexual assault on a male child under 13.
6,634 offences of sexual activity involving a child under 16.
176 offences of abuse of children through prostitution and pornography.
373 offences of sexual grooming.

192 offences of abuse of a position of trust involving a child under 18.
More than one third (39%) of all rapes recorded by the authorities in England and Wales in 2012/2013 were committed against children under 16 years of age. In addition, over 23,000 sex offences against children aged under 18 years in England and Wales between April 2012 and March 2013 were recorded. Conversely, 40,345 individuals were registered as sexual offenders in England and Wales on 31 March 2012. 29,837 of these offenders are on the Sex Offender Register for sexual offences against children. In consequence, 941 previous child sex offenders on the Register  have re-offended within that year. According to the NSPCC, 60-70% of child sex offenders target girls only, about 20-33% boys only, and about 10% children of either sex.
“The majority of perpetrators sexually assault children known to them, with about 80% of offences taking place in the home of either the offender or the victim.”
There is no single source of statistics for the number of children who are killed by another person in the UK.
NSPCC statistics state “Killings of children by a natural parent are committed in roughly equal proportions by mothers (47%) and fathers (53%), but where the child is killed by someone other than a [birth] parent, males strongly predominate”. “The proportion of child homicides in which the perpetrator is a parent is exceptionally high among infants”. For example between 1995 and 1999 in England and Wales, 80% of homicide victims under one year old were killed by a parent.
Child Mortality Rate
Five children die unnecessarily every day of conditions such as asthma, meningitis and pneumonia as the NHS care for young people is “badly organised and dangerously inadequate”, the leader of Britain’s 11,000 specialists in children’s health warns. About 2,000 children a year lose their lives due to an array of problems, which results in the UK possessing one of the worst death rates among children up to the age of 14 in Europe, the president of the Royal College of
Paediatrics and Child Health informed the Observer.
The Guardian reports “The WHO’s mortality database for last year shows that the UK had by far the highest number of the 6,198 yearly excess child deaths compared with Sweden across the 14 nations –1,951 in all. That was more than twice the number in France (962) and more than that in other similarly sized countries such as Germany (815), Italy (683) and Spain (545)”.
According to the RCPCH, overall child mortality has declined by over 50% in last 30 years:
• Injuries are the single biggest cause of child deaths
• Young maternal age remains a risk factor throughout childhood Additionally, efforts to prevent deaths in children must focus on improving the quality of care for children with chronic conditions including their families. According to a major, recent study into child mortality launched by the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH). The study is commissioned by the Healthcare Quality Improvement Partnership, as a part of the Clinical Outcome Review Programme: Child Health Reviews -UK (CHR-UK) project. It uses death registration data for UK children between January 1980 and December 2010, examining key areas such as multiple morbidity, child injuries, birth weight and maternal age to assess the risk factors for child deaths. With two thirds of children dying with chronic conditions (approx. 40%  neurological conditions) researchers state further information is required on the proportion of children that suffer from chronic conditions which are terminal in order to improve end of life care for these children and their families. “Today’s report also shows that despite a decline in the overall child mortality rate and a decline in deaths due to accidents, injury remains the most frequent underlying cause of death, accounting for between 31%-48% of deaths in children aged 1-18 years. The number of children dying from intentional injuries, such as self-harm or assault, has not changed in over three decades.”
Child Abduction
According to the Guardian, a 2004 Home Office research study examined 798 police reports of child abduction in England and Wales in an effort to map the situations that lead to children being taken. Just over half of the cases examined were attempted abductions. Of the total, 56% (447) involved a stranger, of which 375 were attempted abductions and 72 were successful. A further 23% (183) of all reported abductions were parental, usually in circumstances a child is entangled in custodial disagreements. In recorded cases of abductions and attempted abductions by strangers, motives for the offence are largely unrecorded, however the Home Office document states, it is “reasonable” to presume numerous to be sexually motivated, as the most common scenario, involving a male offender, attempting to entice a child into a car or physically attempting to drag a victim from a public place. Data collection on missing children is neither co-ordinated nor centralised, which complicates ones capability to understand the scale of the problem. Reports made by law enforcement agencies, child services and other organisations are recorded differently at local, national and international levels. Researchers are forced instead to gather information from missing persons data and related crime reports such as those on trafficking, grooming and abduction. In 2009-2010 there were approximately 230,000 reports of missing children under the age of 18. Research conducted in 2003 suggested that 8% of children and young people reported missing had been forced to leave. This included stranger and parental abduction and being thrown out of home. Abduction by a non-custodial parent is an offence under Section 1 of the Child Abduction Act 1984. The principal source of annual child abduction statistics in England and Wales is taken from crime records published by the Home Office. Figures for Northern Ireland and Scotland are not annually reported in this document.
Privatisation of Childcare
In my professional experience, consisting of years of employment within the social care, I can attest to the varied conditions within the system, yet overall they appear to be lacking and unfavourable in numerous matters.
According to an article published in July 2013, the British government plans to allow outsourcing firms to bid for contracts to manage social services for vulnerable children in England, while dropping laws allowing the removal of companies that fail to do the job properly. A number of firms have expressed an interest in proposals that would permit them to bid for contracts managing foster care and other childcare services. Labour stated the plans would remove legal provisions that allow councils to remove a firm that has failed to meet national minimum standards. They would also relax the rules governing independent inspections of services that place and monitor children that are looked after by the state. Concerns have emerged after the two of the biggest outsourcing companies in Britain, Serco and G4S, were found to have overbilled the taxpayer by charging to tag numerous offenders that were dead or in prison. Lisa Nandy, the children’s minister, stated the latest plans would result in Britain’s most vulnerable children at the mercy of an unregulated private sector. She contacted the regulatory reform committee, which is considering a draft legislative reform order, urging it to reject the government’s plans. “For the government to consider outsourcing a sensitive service such as foster care to the private sector, when we have just seen with G4S and Serco how a profit motive can have disastrous consequences for the public purse, is madness.” she explained “The proposals remove many of the checks and balances required to ensure the safety of children whilst introducing the unchecked unpredictability of the market. They should withdraw their proposals now and think again.”
Nandy’s letter outlined the reform order would remove the requirement for direct registration and inspection by Ofsted for providers of social services by amending the provision which imposes it. “It appears to remove the obligation for a national minimum standard relating to the fitness of providers and any mechanisms for removing providers who fail to meet these standards. The implications are potentially very serious and could have a profound impact on the lives of some of the most vulnerable children in the country.”
A Department for Education spokesperson revealed that even legal requirements would be removed under government planning, inspections and a national minimum standard for providers would be covered by councils’ existing obligations. The DfE thereafter wisely remarked “It was nonsense to suggest that private-sector and voluntary organisations cannot provide good-quality services for children” and that the suggested change in policy was first explored under the last government. Trial runs in six areas in which the private sector was involved, inspected by Ofsted, were set up as a response to concerns that social workers were overburdened and unable to dedicate enough time to supporting children in care. However, the evaluation, published last year, displayed mixed results, yet no better outcomes for children in social care. In addition, the study, published last year in the Children and Youth Services Review, concluded: “While the independent sector is often the setting for innovation, the public sector continues to function as a repository for a wide range of expertise and resources. It is also more likely to offer continuity of knowledge, skills and care and, in this respect, it may be better placed to respond to the uncertainly that characterises the needs of children in out-of-home care.”
Paedophilia and the Removal of Children
The recent accusation of paedophilia, involving a Coronation Street celebrity. As the fourth actor within the series, this accusation was plastered all over the Sun and the Mirror. Ultimately, it was revealed that he was participating in an extramarital affair on the dates he was accused of having molested a young girl between the age of 4 and 8. Consequently, it was published in an article of the mirror that the mother of the child had orchestrated the entire event in association with a paedophile ring. The actor was subsequently cleared of all charges. Coincidence or a single phenomenon? I think not.
According to the Dailymail, one of the country’s leading judges insists the Press must be allowed into family courts to prevent miscarriages of justice. Sir James Munby, head of the family courts, stated that without “the jealous vigilance of an informed media”, families will inevitably suffer irreversible injustices. Yesterday, he cited two cases in which social workers wrongly seized children from their parents as “a dreadful warning” of what can occur when courts operate behind closed doors. Sir James, the president of the Family Division of the High Court, also called for the opening up of the Court of Protection. The secretive court, which settles the affairs of those that have lost the capacity to decide for themselves. He explained, the routine ban on journalists at its hearings must be removed. His is phonecall seven months after the Daily Mail revealed that a judge at the Court of Protection had secretly ordered a woman to be jailed as she defied his ruling by trying to get her father out of a care home, in which she thought his life was in danger. Wanda Maddocks was imprisoned without her name or any details of her contempt of court being made known to the public, and without a lawyer to represent her. Senior judges later proclaimed that no human should be jailed in secret.
A recent article by Dave Bohon in the New American’ displayed that legalizing pedophilia is a continued effort which, thanks to certain conservative groups such as Liberty Counsel and the American Family Association are coming to light. Matt Staver of the pro-family Liberty Counsel has rightly pointed out: “if reclassifying pedophilia was merely an ‘error,’ it would have been caught in the ‘decade’s journey.’ Whether it is classified a ‘sexual orientation’ or a ‘sexual interest,’ any effort to legitimize pedophilia will provide pederasts with all the arguments they need to remove age of consent laws, and children will suffer.”
Rabbi Nuchem Rosenberg, a 63 year old, recently explained what he described as a “child-rape assembly line” among sects of fundamentalist Jews. A member of Brooklyn’s Satmar Hasidim fundamentalist branch of Orthodox Judaism, Nuchem designs and repairs mikvahs in compliance with Torah Law. The mikvah is a ritual Jewish bathhouse used for purification. Devout Jews are required to cleanse themselves in the mikvah on a variety of occasions: women must visit following menstruation, and men have to make an appearance before the High Holidays such as Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. Many of the devout also purify themselves before and after the act of sex and before the Sabbath. On a visit to Jerusalem in 2005, Rabbi Rosenberg entered into a mikvah in one of the holiest neighborhoods in the city, Mea She’arim. “I opened a door that entered into a schvitz,” he told me. “Vapors everywhere, I can barely see. My eyes adjust, and I see an old man, my age, long white beard, a holy-looking man, sitting in the vapors. On his lap, facing away from him, is a boy, maybe seven years old. And the old man is having anal sex with this boy.” Rosenberg stated “This boy was speared on the man like an animal, like a pig, and the boy was saying nothing. But on his face, there was fear. The old man looked at me without any fear, as if this was common practice. He didn’t stop. I was so angry, I confronted him. He removed the boy from his penis, and I took the boy aside. I told this man, ‘It’s a sin before God, a mishkovzucher. What are you doing to this boy’s soul? You’re destroying this boy!’ He had a sponge on a stick to clean his back, and he hit me across the face with it. ‘How dare you interrupt me!’ he said. I had heard of these things for a long time, but now I had seen.”
The child sex abuse crisis in ultra-Orthodox Judaism, like that in the Catholic Church, has produced its share of shocking headlines in recent years. In New York, and in the prominent Orthodox communities of Israel and London, allegations of child molestation and rape have been rampant. The alleged abusers are schoolteachers, rabbis, fathers, uncles and figures of male authority. The victims, like those of Catholic priests, are mostly boys. Rabbi Rosenberg believes around half of young males in Brooklyn’s Hasidic community, the largest in the United States and one of the largest in the world, have been victims of sexual assault perpetrated by their elders. Ben Hirsch, director of Survivors for Justice, a Brooklyn organization that advocates for Orthodox sex abuse victims, thinks the real number is higher. “From anecdotal evidence, we’re looking at over 50 percent. It has almost become a rite of passage.” Ultra-Orthodox Jews that speak the truth about this continued abuse are ruined and condemned to exile by their own community. Dr. Amy Neustein, a nonfundamentalist Orthodox Jewish sociologist and editor of Tempest in the Temple: Jewish Communities and Child Sex Scandals, revealed the story of a series of Hasidic mothers in Brooklyn that complained that their children were being preyed on by their husbands. In these cases, the accused men “very quickly and effectively engage the rabbis, the Orthodox politicians, and powerful Orthodox rabbis who donate handsomely to political clubs.” The goal, she told me, is “to excise the mother from the child’s life.” Rabbinical courts cast the mothers aside, and the effects are permanent. The mother is “amputated.” One woman befriended by Dr. Neustein, a music student at a college outside New York, lost contact with all six of her children, including an infant she was breastfeeding at the time of their separation.
Seven years ago, Rabbi Rosenberg started blogging about sex abuse in his community and opened a New York City hotline to field sex abuse complaints. He has posted appeals on YouTube, appeared on CNN, and given speeches across the US, Canada, Israel, and Australia. For this he is reviled, slandered, hated, feared. He receives death threats on a regular basis. In Yiddish and Hebrew newspapers, advertisements taken out by the self-described “great rabbis and rabbinical judges of the city of New York” have denounced him as “a stumbling block for the House of Israel,” “a public rebuker and preacher of ethics” who “persists in his rebelliousness” and whose “voice has been heard among many Jewish families, especially young people in their innocence drawn to listen to his poisonous and revolting speeches.” Leaflets distributed in Williamsburg and Borough Park, the centers of ultra-Orthodoxy in Brooklyn, display his bearded face over the body of a writhing snake. “Corrupt Informer,” reads one of the leaflets, followed by the declaration that Rabbi Rosenberg’s “name should rot in hell forever. They should cut him off from all four corners of the earth.”
NBC News reported that nearly 400 children were rescued and 348 adults arrested following an expansive and “extraordinary” international child pornography investigation by the Canadian police. The three-year project, named Project Spade, began when undercover officers with the Toronto Police Service Child Exploitation service made contact with a Toronto man allegedly sharing “very graphic images” of child sexual abuse in Oct. 2010, Toronto Police Service Chief William Blair stated at a press conference. Police stated their investigation revealed an entire child film production and distribution company in Toronto operating via the web site azovfilms.com. The site was run by 42-year old Brian Way, distributing images of child exploitation to individuals across the globe. Inspector Joanna Beaven-Desjardins, head of Toronto’s Sex Crimes Unit, stated that they enlisted the help of the United States Postal Inspection Service since countless of the videos were being exported to the U.S. and began a joint investigation. After a seven-month long investigation, officers executed search warrants across the city of Toronto including at the business, located in the city’s West End. Investigators catalogued hundreds of thousands of images and videos of “horrific sexual acts against very young children, some of the worst they have ever viewed,” Inspector Beaven-Desjardins said at the press conference. Police seized over 45 terabytes of data from the $4-million business that distributed to over 50 counties including Australia, Spain, Mexico, Sweden and Greece.
As a result of the investigation thus far, 50 people were arrested in Ontario, 58 in the rest of Canada, 76 in the United States, and 164 internationally. What was most alarming, Inspector Beaven-Desjardins said, was that many of the arrests were of people who worked with or closely interacted with children. Among those arrested were 40 school teachers, nine doctors and nurses, six law enforcement personnel, nine pastors and priests and three foster parents, she said. Citing a particularly egregious example, she explained police found over 350,000 images and over 9,000 videos of child sexual abuse in the home of a retired Canadian school teacher. Certain images were of children known to the man and he was also charged with sexually abusing a child relative. The inspector said an indispensable aspect to the success of the operation and the rescue of 386 children from child exploitation was the expansive cooperation between Toronto police and organizations worldwide. “This confirms that when we work together regardless of the borders that divide us we can successfully take down those who not only prey on our most vulnerable but also profit from it,” she said. Police said the children were “rescued from child exploitation” but did not give more details. Way was charged with 24 counts, including possession of, distribution of, and importing and exporting child pornography. The police, however, concluded that the investigation is ongoing and more arrests could follow.

The War Of Science and Consciousness

Mathematically, the likelihood of consciousness ending is zero. Science has confined itself solely to the material realm for approximately five hundred years, however there was a time, when science was not bound by the laws of the Roman Catholic Church, in which an ancient kind of science flourished that embraced multiple realms of scholarship.

For instance, if the Antikythera mechanism had been discovered before the turn of the century, the industrial age would have most likely begun in Athens. It remains one of the greatest mysteries of science as to who designed and manufactured it. It defied all capabilities of known science at the time. The device has the oldest known complex gear mechanism and is also referred to as the first known analogue computer, although the quality of its manufacture suggests that it may have had undiscovered predecessors during the Hellenistic Period. It appears to be constructed upon theories of astronomy and mathematics developed by Greek astronomers and it is estimated to have been fashioned around the time of 100 BC. It should be noted that the device, if functional, would possess the accuracy equivalent to that of an atomic clock. Numerous scientist have over the years studied and attempted to replicate the mechanism in its entirely. In essence, the mechanism was operated by turning a small hand crank, which was linked via a crown gear to the largest gear. This allowed setting of the date on the front dial. The action of turning the hand crank would also cause all interlocked gears within the mechanism to rotate, resulting in the calculation of the position of the Sun and Moon and other astronomical information, such as moon phases, eclipse cycles, and theoretically the locations of planets. The mechanism is remarkable for the level of miniaturisation and the complexity of its parts, which is comparable to that of 14th century astronomical clocks. It has at least 30 gears, although Michael Wright has suggested that the Greeks of this period were capable of implementing a system with countless more gears. There is much debate that the mechanism may have had indicators for all five of the planets known to the ancient Greeks.

Furthermore, it is a well known fact that mankind would have progressed an equivalence of 1500 years in science, philosophy, engineering and medicine. It is also widely known that the Roman Catholic Church burnt and destroyed thousands upon thousands of scientific manuscripts. There are rumours that the documents were merely placed within the Vatican vaults. If it is so…The one that holds the knowledge truly holds the power.

Countless accusations of heresy or demon worship, followed by the imminent death of millions. A religion that began to relish the blood on their hands, as it provided them with ultimate spiritual control based upon fear. Nonetheless, I personally believe in the existence of Jesus in Jerusalem. He may not have been Caucasian and his message would have varied and become corrupted after numerous alterations to the set texts. Ultimately, the spiritually beneficial effects of any religion should not be disputed or criticised, however the individual should be protected from being forced into compliance with a certain faith. Consequently, with the exception of the Catholic Church exterminating disbelievers, other forms of competition, labelling it as Mythology or Demonology, are there malevolent non-corporeal entities, seeking a host or feeding from the energy of the “living”? Modern society has mostly abandoned the practice of demonology. And due to human right violations, so did the Roman Catholic Church, therefore the fear-based system of demonic possession has gradually fallen into the psychiatric categories of psychosis, delusions and hallucinations. The subject of Demonology has almost entirely been swept under the carpet of religion. One could assume that this is due to the fear of attracting such a malevolent creature, yet there are always those curious enough to dabble in the dark arts.

Simply disregarding the bias of religion, science would come to gain a more profound insight into the entanglement of the physical and non-corporeal domains. Metaphorically speaking, full health can only be achieved in body, mind and spirit, otherwise it is not truly full health. A medical practitioner within modern society dare not interfere with the mental or spiritual health of the patient, as it is legally not their field of expertise. The three aspects which are ought to promote health, Medical Science and Spirituality have become fragmented. Each are individual paths that cannot be officially united without scientific bias in the West. However, the East managed to preserve a large number of their practices over the centuries, which are gradually becoming equal to Western practices. The conception of the multi-verse, parallel universes and other planes of existence, which was a known fact in numerous ancient civilisations, is now approaching a stage of general acceptance within society. In my professional opinion, mankind is on the verge of evolution towards a form of greater understanding. As with all forms of evolution, the Darwinian principle of natural selection still remains. The change occurs gradually until it reaches the final stages of conscious recognition. Nonetheless, countless resist that change that consists of a merging of science and spirit due to the immense repercussions that were to follow, such as a loss of control of the church and a large amount of modifications to science texts, which would incorporate a giant amount of financial losses from pharmaceutical corporations. The system would collapse under its own weight. After so many scientific enquiries from variant angles have led to a similar path, why does science not turn back to Spirit? In essence, it is the same reason, as to why the Bosnian Pyramids carry such a professionally debilitating stigma. History is ultimately composed by the victor, yet that does not mean there are not numerous ancient secrets that we have not yet uncovered. We, as a species, have merely scratched the surface. Mankind has reached the point of returning to ancient concepts, renaming them, but at the core, they still contain the same meaning. New Physics and New Biology is merely a viewpoint that has been rejected and frowned upon for centuries due to the fate which befell the practitioner. It is the same reason, as to why countless universities have become blacklisted by certain authorities for branching those subjects to a professional and scientific degree. In the end, we are merely rediscovering the concepts of the ancient times, however there appears to be a continuing struggle between the truth and the control over the before mentioned truth. There is little to gain financially from a concept that preaches the effects of mind over matter or the placebo effect, which does not need for the usage of actual chemical compounds. For instance, radionics functions upon the principle that all beings are interconnected, thus it permits for the practitioner to mend the patient from afar, similar to concepts of distance healing, except for the fact that it adjusts the energy frequencies of the bodies. The Russian Pyramids, fashioned into hospitals and prisons, provide a similar effect.

However, there is a branch of research that has suffered more than most in this struggle for power, the study into psychic phenomena. Although science dabbles in it occasionally, it is generally frowned upon, whereas it is not a subject discussed in most Western religions. It has become Pandora’s Box of science, as it encompasses a large amount of para-science, whilst operating on the principles of quantum physics. Psychic ability and archaeology have officially fared well in the past, however there are archaeological locations that would alter history as it is known, if they were to be discovered, such as Adams Calendar in South Africa. Numerous psychics have walked upon the grounds and begun to speak in old tongues. Certain individuals speak of the location as the birthplace of man. In search for a higher consciousness, I am confident that humanity will stumble upon many more unknown treasures of their ancestors.

In addition, renowned prophet and healer Edgar Cayce not only spoke of a new kind of humanity and referred to it as the 5th Root race. He predicted that it would appear in the years 1998 to 2010. Meta-physicians and other gurus also share the belief and the anticipation of this recent emergence of the new type of human they refer to as Indigos.

The ufology community conducted research into the extraterrestrial phenomenon experienced by children. Their explorations thus far have produced such terms as the New Humans or, more commonly, Star Children. The profiles of the Indigo children share the same attributes or are strikingly similar. They are highly intelligent, creative, psychic, telepathic and posses healing and clairvoyant abilities.

The Indigo children also share an inherent capacity to articulately express knowledge and awareness of deep spiritual concepts, historical, anthropological and scientific data, far beyond the capacity of even the most learned scholars, regardless of their age, level of cognitive development, education and numerous other pertinent factors. This confronting evidence has even captured the attention and interest of the Chinese government who are researching children who possess exceptional human functioning (EHF), more commonly referred to as ‘China’s Super Psychics’.

Socrates once stated that wisdom is knowing how little we know. Conclusively, in the earliest treatise on warfare, The Art of War, written in 500 B.C. by the Chinese general Sun Tzu, details the intimate link between success in battle and the skilled management of a force which is known as Chi. The basic principles are elucidated within the document.

Sun Tzu argues that wars are won through a combination of conventional military tactics and a variety of extraordinary methods which involve the knowledge and control of life force, which flows through the body of the warrior and can be used to influence the mind of the enemy to produce illusions, deception and weakness. The warrior cultivated Chi through self-knowledge gained by following the mystical Taoist traditions. Mental stillness and other psi-conducive stated enabled the warrior to obtain a poise and concentration so intense that it was effortless in its deadly spontaneity. Such training emphasized the ability to maintain the meditative state in the midst of intense physical activity. The martial arts trained the warrior to take advantage of the slightest break in the enemy’s concentration.

The Nazis are said to have assembled many powerful occult adepts from Tibet and Japan to train and advise them. One of the most important and powerful groups in Germany was the Nazi Occult Bureau, which attempted to use occult forces for espionage and the magical control of events including a conscious, pseudo-Nietzschean attempt to replace Christianity with the ancient Teutonic myth of the war god, Wotan. Coincidentally, in the early 1930s, the great Swiss psychiatrist Carl Jung noticed a marked pattern of imagery of the war God Wotan in the dreams of his German patients. The situation was so dramatic that it prompted him to write, in an essay in 1933, that the German people were subconsciously preparing themselves for war. It is rumoured that Hitler himself obtained extensive occult training from the German nationalistic Vril Society and the adept circle known as the Thule Group. Teachings of these groups account for many aspects of Nazi culture which are inexplicable in terms of ordinary historical scholarship.
